くず餅は和菓子で唯一の発酵食品らしいです・・・！！！！
くず粉使った「くず餅」とは違い小麦粉のグルテンを除いて
でんぷんのみをつかうそうですキョロキョロ
くず餅にはほとんど味が無いので、
甘いものと合わせるととっても美味しいですドキドキ
きな粉と黒蜜でたべるので、体にも良いですよ！
