数ヶ月前に痛めた足首の捻挫が治らないと来院される方がけっこういらっしゃいます。
原因は大きく分けて2パターンあります。
一つは単純に本当に治ってないパターン。
足首の捻挫は靭帯が伸びたり、切れたりする状態です。固定力不足か動きすぎにより靭帯がつながらずそのままになってるので、すぐにきちんとした固定と施術が必要です。人によっては足首の骨がズレてる人もいます。早めに当院にご相談下さい。
もう一つのパターンは筋肉やまわりの骨が固まってるパターン。
これはきちんと固定をして庇ってたのに治らないと言う方に多いです。
靭帯は修復してるが痛みの原因が途中から変わってしまっている状態です。
これは、筋膜リリースや骨の調整をしないと治らないパターンです。
どちらかと言うとこのパターンの方が多い思います。
不必要な固定をしている人も多いのでその場合はサポーターを外してもらう事もあります。
サポーターや包帯などを外すタイミングが分からないままになってる方もいます。
固まった足首で歩いたりしてると再び捻挫したりするのでお早めにご相談ください。
